Soft Serve is a speculative dining concept that imagines sustainability in a radically different future, one where humans consume plastic waste and find new ceremony in crafting their serveware. The materials were chosen for their renewability- the knitted tops can be unravelled and reknit in various dimensions, and the raw clay frames can be broken down and reshaped ad infinitum.
